Sleep timer not working.

This is hands-down, the best music playing app available for iPhones with music downloaded to the device. The quality of the music player is 32 bits and if you were able to procure master quality music with this level of detail it sounds remarkable when played on this device. I usually download my music from tidal and have it available for use with this device. Unbelievable experience.

I love this music player- it lets me customize everything I want to, it looks classy, and the controls and UI are intuitive. I’ve been using it for several years and i can’t say enough good things about it.

This app will be 10/10 if it supported Spotify

Really good app with a great EQ, but it’s not 100% intuitive to use. What’s a “list”? There seems to be a million ways to select songs to shuffle play?

Nothing happens when I press play. I don’t hear any music and it does not look like it is working. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but I cannot get it to play music.

As the title says, be nice to see a landscape view for bigger phones and tablets.

The problem with the app is that it’s not really designed in a sane manner. Options are scattered through the whole interface, and while you are given a lot of options you are missing some critical ones, like changing how music is labelled in playlists and in folders. In those parts of the interface, the metadata (album, artist, etc.) are listed first in bold and then the song name is listed in much smaller greyed out text underneath. Why wouldn’t I want to see the song names up top bolded, why wouldn’t that be more important to me? There’s also no way to hide options like Podcast, Artist, Network on the main menu, so navigating the interface can get cluttered and overwhelming if you’re someone that doesn’t use those options. I only use my music from what’s stored on my device in the Files app, so I don’t use a lot of the things on that menu, therefore why do I need to see them? Searching will only search within the current folder, not your whole music repository. You can get around this by adding all your songs to one big playlist and searching from there. “Clear Playlist” button is located dangerously close to other options in a menu and offers no confirmation prompt when selected. Hope you like spending hours crafting a playlist just to nuke it in a fraction of a second. Also I have found no way to import/export playlists, so you’re locked down to this app. Try Flacbox instead.

I’ve came across this app for several years when I owned an Android phone. Now I own an Apple IPhone & When I found out this app was on The Apple Play StoreI was Very Happy!!! First off, This app is huge when it comes to sound!!!! Not only does it have an equalizer that blows away the competition; it comes with 4 sound effects: JetAudio Sound Effects, AM3D Audio Enhancer, Bongiovi DPS, Crystalizer. It will take your car stereo and make it sound like you put in a custom sound system for thousands. TRUST ME ON THIS ONE FOLKS! This App Is Off The Hook And Is Superior To Any Other App By Far & That’s an “ABSOLUTE FACT”! GET THE APP!!!!

Thank you for making the app that apple couldn’t! I’ve been a longtime iTunes user (for my own music on both Mac OS and iOS). I’ve been slowly watching Apple make iTunes harder and harder to use, and less customizable. I love how I can select an artist on JetAudio, and then see their songs without having to see their albums first. And I love how everything else is customizable! And I love that JetAudio can read the iTunes audio files and playlists, which makes syncing very easy. Thanks!

Very very good

Seeing a last.fm scrobbler support or having the option to scribble plays for Last.fm would be nice. This feature would permanently win me over Apple Music/iTunes.

I like the app, I moved from iTunes cause iTunes kept randomly deleting songs from my playlist. It’s great at hanging a giant playlist, and the audio is great. I wish it had a feature to tell you if a song is already in your playlist, and I’d love to be able to scrobble my music to put through last.fm, but other than that, I’m happy enough

Bar none the best sound you can get thanks to a great equalizer and collection of post processing effects. And the only music app that supports PCloud. But hampered by performance issues. Skipping tracks often causes it to freeze as does losing connection to cloud servers.

Great app except there is no rewind button, you have to scroll instead of say, a 10 second rewind. Please consider adding this simple but useful feature. Thanks.

Do NOT uninstall app if you purchased any add ons, they will not be properly restored. Contacted developer, still will not restore 20-band equilizer even though it shows as having been purchased. Apparently product is no longer supported!

Cannot play anything on iPadOS18 even on v12.2.1, I reinstalled it but the issue not resolved please fix

I’ve been a big fan of this app for a while! Although music navigation is a little tedious sometimes, the magic happens when you use the AM3D audio enhancer along with the 20 band equalizer. I’m using these with high end iem’s (Sennheiser ie600) and it can produce a very natural sub-bass boost without coloring the mids and highs. I highly recommend purchasing the base app for the 20 band eq, as well as the plugins, because they’re very worth it. I’ve given up on using my $500 dacs and amps, because frankly this app sounds better than they ever can!

There’s no on-screen volume control, which is annoying. After you tap to play a song, you must then choose either “Play” or “Play (Open Player)” which makes no sense. I just want to hear the song! A third option “Do Not Show Again” is a toggle that appears to do nothing. The Open Player is cluttered with cryptic “<< 80% A<>B 120% >>” which I never use and the rest of the screen real estate is wasted, which brings me back to the lack of on-screen volume controls. A friend recommended this app to me but I’m regretting the purchase, because I know there must be something more straightforward with a better UI.

I tried a lot of music apps, nothing even close to this one. It is the greatest music organizer. Keep the good work.

It’s a perfect app but with a horrible bug. In folder part when you search for an artist name , only some of tracks come . Please fix it.

Seems like now more fully integrated with apple native player and I hate that more than I can express and now the most simple thing like turning on visualizations is completely unfindable. I loved this app when I paid for it but no longer

Current music doesn't work

I have a 2016 Outback with a “premium” sound system, that honestly, I don’t think sounds that good, (and I am an audiophile). However, with this app, it sounds freakin’ awesome. A few key things: 1. Make sure your profile is set up correctly. If you are using headphones, choose headphones. Bluetooth? Choose Bluetooth etc…VERY important. Then, adjust your effects etc. I prefer JetAudio effects, with widening and bass. Then I have an eq setting that I prefer for the car. That’s it. It has a good ability to separate sounds and completely open up the mix. I listen to pretty much everything, so my review should translate well. Enjoy!!

I realised the new update nolonger has got the RANDOM/SHUFFLE button present yet this was my player i always use to pla my music since it syncs my itunes library. Can you look into that and bring back the random/shuffle button i would appreciate a lot.

Im trying to get in contact. I wanted to know how to put music into the app. I have music on my phone but it doesn't show up on "artist" or " song" or anything like that. Just on files folder.

It has a lot of functions that I like. For example, you select Genre and it gives you the option to see tracks or albums. The big problem for me is when you select Artist. You’d think you’d get the same option…see the albums or the tracks. Nope, selecting tracks gives the tracks sorted by album and you can only play one album at a time. Lots of unknown album screens. No way to play all the tracks from one artist. Pretty much the same issue I have with Apple Music. Fix this and it’s perfect.

I love this app but unfortunately it does not support Persian language. Persian is one of the beautiful and ancient languages of the world that is spoken by more than 110 million people in Western and Central Asia. Please add this language to your app so I can use it better. Thank you.

Making us buy this for multiple household members is purely a cash grab, and makes me very eager to support another developer.

🫡 A stellar example of being a holy grail for entertainment on my phone. Other apps don’t come close. Then when you decide and pay for the full version there’s just no competition. Impressive.

Yay! Been waiting for this ios17 fix. Jetaudio app plays my iTunes library with a graphic equalizer and a nicer looking interface. A very nominal one time fee for the Plus upgrade to get the eq.

The best audio player for iOS now works again in lockdown mode! Thank you!

Please update the new version of JetAudio for App Store. It wasn’t running more than 1 month. Thank you. For iPad OS.

Great app but transferring files from pc to ipad is pretty bad. You also have to pay to have other transfer options which is just horrible.

It is a good app but it really needs to have an interface for Apple Watch. Something like Apple Music to control the playlist without taking phone!

Great features, but irritating to use because of the latest update. The app will not run in the background if you’re using another app for reading like Kindle. It now keeps asking me if I want to play the song that I just selected. And it ask repeatedly if I want to view the albums or the songs. The way that it was before was fine. Now I have two or three extra steps just to listen to one song. Is there anyway to revert to a previous version? I’m looking for another media player now. Upgrades that downgrade the quality of the using the app. Go figure.

On iOS 15.8 Tried to open the app but it just closes immediately. Restating iPod 7th generation/iPhone doesn’t help. You have to reinstall it to work, but that only works after opening it once then it just stops being opened. I would love to keep using this if it got an update to fix this problem.

Update after doing some suggestions by the app support it’s working fine again thank you Jet audio Update the reason for the downgrade to one star is I recently replaced my iPhone 14 Pro Max update number two support resolved. The problem works as intended.

Will not open at all. Began immediately after updating iOS to 17.2 beta.

I’m a big fan of JetAudio since early 2000s. Great intuitive UI to access my vast audio library via SMB and the best audio quality possible.

Please fix the app to work properly on ios 17 iPhone 15pro, it won’t play when the screen goes to sleep or exiting the app

After last update, now when I go to Playlist it doesn’t take me to the highlighted current track playing. Please fix this… everything else seems to be working fine.

Why do you keep making this worse and worse. I can’t play a song without it asking me if I want menu or tracks. When I say don’t show again it still does it every time. Artist picture now are circles and are rarely even the artist they are supposed to be and take forever to load each and every time. It’s just so ugly compared of how awesome it used to be. These updates were pointless and have it much more difficult to use.
