Library Database Needs Help

I use this app because its now the only way to use the Bongiovi audio plugins - the native Bongiovi app is no longer supported.

The music library in this app has problems. If I make adjustments to metadata, they are not picked up. If there is an album with various artists, the album will show up repeatedly with little rhyme or reason. If you select by artist, but that artist happens to have a song on an album with mixed artists, the whole album will show up - not just the artist you are trying to select by. Its a shambles.

The support options are poor. I created a profile on their website to submit an email ticket - I am stuck in a loop of logging in, clicking submit email for support, then being asked to log in. The link they have to their support forums is a dead link.

The app nickels and dimes you. To adjust settings, pay 3 bucks. To get these audio profiles, pay 3 bucks. To get these other audio profiles, pay another three bucks. I wouldnt mind paying if the product itself didnt feel like it was in beta. Again, were it not for the Bongiovi profiles, Id ditch this thing in a heartbeat.
